        Food  - Make popcorn balls - pop unsalted popcorn to fill a 'thatsa' bowl.  Melt one bag of marshmallows and one stick of butter. Coat popcorn.   Spray hands with PAM.  Form balls.  Make for the Christmas party.

                   Santa sugar cookies - Slice and bake sugar cookies.  Frost with vanilla frosting.  Sprinkle red sugar on top 1/3 of cookie.   Add a mini marshmallow for hat tip.  Add two chocolate chips for eyes, a red hot for the nose and coconut for the beard.  Make for the Christmas party.

6 cups milk

1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips

3 cinnamon sticks

1/2 t. ground cinnamon

1 1/2 t. vanilla

2 T sugar

Whipped cream

Heat 1 cup milk and chips until melted.  Add remaining milk and all other ingredients except whipped cream.  Using a mixer, beat the milk mixture till frothy.  Pour in cups, add whipped crea.

Write a Christmas message on a small piece of paper.  Roll a 7x12 piece of tissue paper around a toilet paper tube, taping the ends. Secure one end with yarn or a ribbon bow.  Insert small Christmas items, candy and the message into the open end of the tube.  Use yarn to tie up other end.  Before the English have their Christmas feast, they pull open the "crackers" .  They make a noisy cracking sound when opened.  Before the class Christmas party begins, open the "crackers"

4 oz almond paste   

1/2 cup powdered sugar

1 T. light corn syrup

1-2 drops food coloring.

Break up paste, knead in sugar and corn syrup until paste is smooth.  Work in the coloring.  Shape or press into molds.  Let dry before eating.

Preheat oven to 200 degrees.  Spray PAM on a cookie sheet.  Whip 4 egg whites until foamy.  Sprinkle in 1 1/4 cups powder sugar a little at a time while whipping at medium sped.  When mixture is stiff and satiny, drop by Tablespoon onto cookie sheet.  Bake for 3 hours.
