St. Patrick's Day
Write a poem about green things. Glue onto a shamrock. To design the shamrock, trace a pattern onto white construction paper. Then using a small shamrock pattern, use various shades of yellow and green chalk to trace along the outside of the shamrock and rub the chalk onto the larger shamrock.

Math Idea
Give a bowl of Lucky Charms to share between two students. Separate the marshmallows from the cereal. Count and graph the marshmallows. Then write 10 word problems about the graphs.
